Easy Online Ordering Process

At California Express Apostille Service, we make the process of certifying your documents with an Apostille from the Secretary of State easy.  

 

 

1. Place your order online by clicking on the order link below and provide your basic information. You may also place your order by calling to speak with a customer service representative using our toll free number, 1.888.569.5995. Once we confirm your order, you will be emailed an order reference number, usually within about 10 minutes, to use to mail in your documents for processing. 

2. Mail your documents in for processing to:

Return Delivery by Priority Mail

3. Once we receive your documents, they are walked in to the California Secretary of State office in Los Angeles, to process your documents and obtain the appropriate Apostille or Certification. The normal turnaround time is 2-3 business days after receipt for Standard Processing and 1 Day turnaround time for Express Service (contingent on the Secretary of State volume).

Please be advised that free shipping applies for all documents being mailed from and to United States addresses only.  Orders originating outside the United States do not qualify for free shipping and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
